BioGreen Plastic when blended with polystyrene (PS). polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene. (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and most other types of polymers, creates an accelerated biodegradable cycle which occurs in a common anaerobic, landfill environment.
Products made from these types of plastics include but are not limited to:
PS - Plastic cutlery, CD & DVD "jewel" cases, smoke detectors, license plate frames, toys, electronics cases, hair dryers, computers, pedometers, flashlights and kitchen appliances.
PP - Reusable plastic containers, disposable bottles, plastic pails, wastebaskets, cooler containers, dishes and pitchers, etc.
PET - Plastic bottles, disposable food trays, clear packaging material, etc.
PE - Plastic Bottles, plastic bags, food and beverage containers, storage containers, etc.
PVC - Clothing, beverage containers, figurines, inflatable toys, etc.
All of the above can be made to be biodegradable, BioGreen Plastic.
